Pam brings over three decades of dedicated service in the legal industry, demonstrating a wealth of experience in both client-focused initiatives and consultative sales. Presently, at iDS, Pam leads the charge in developing comprehensive business strategies and cultivating crucial client relationships.

Her journey with iDS began over a decade ago when she transitioned from a robust 16-year tenure managing training and support at Patton Boggs LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs) to the dynamic realm of business development. Pam’s expertise further flourished through pivotal sales roles at industry-leading eDiscovery organizations such as Epiq, Recommind, and iCONECT.

Pam’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her professional endeavors, as evidenced by her certifications as a Relativity Certified Sales Professional and Brainspace Certified Sales Professional. Additionally, she actively contributes to various professional associations, including WiE’s DC and Richmond chapters, the DC Women’s Bar Association, and her role as Co-Chair of the Working Parents Committee.

Outside of her professional commitments, Pam finds joy and balance in her roles as a wife and mother. Pam’s home base is in Manassas, VA, where she relishes precious moments with her family. In her downtime, she indulges in her passion for travel, revels in cheering on her beloved Cowboys and Steelers, and eagerly seeks out her next thrilling adventure.
